After graduating from the University of Dayton in 1988, Paul spent 3 years in Premise Sales with The L.M. Berry Company and in 1991, Paul started his career in real estate where he spent 10 years with RG Properties, Inc. In this position, Howe gained valuable experience working primarily a Wal-Mart anchored portfolio in retail leasing, sales, development and brokerage throughout Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Howe completed over 500 transactions at RG Properties through new leases, lease renewals, lease amendments, ground leases and sales contracts. Several local, regional and national corporate relationships were established then and continue to remain strong today. Paul handled Brokerage Services for Dollar Tree, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pet Supplies Plus and Supercuts while at RG Properties.
In April of 2001, Paul began developing his own real estate portfolio which triggered his decision to take his talents to Oberer Realty Services, Ltd. While at Oberer, Paul was able to affiliate himself with the well established and respected full service Oberer Development Company where he continued to work with his established business contacts primarily in Kroger anchored Shopping Centers throughout southwest Ohio . While at Oberer, Paul was able to expand his real estate portfolio by developing several shopping centers throughout the greater Dayton , OH market – which he still leases today. Howe continues to represent several retailers and restaurants including JoAnn Stores, Milano’s Atlantic City Submarines and Wright Patt Credit Union, to name a few.

Since 2009, Gregg Russell has consulted with businesses both for-profit and not-for-profit. With a distinguished background in commercial banking and real estate development, he served in an executive capacity for most of his three decades in the industry. In addition to his banking and real estate career, Gregg has served in a number of civic and professional leadership positions, including chairman of the local Chamber of Commerce and Board of Realtors.
A graduate of Ohio Northern University, Gregg was privileged to serve on its Business College Advisory Council. Gregg holds an MBA from Xavier University.
